With almost twenty years of experience, Eric is an expert in real property matters, both transactional and litigation. Eric also has extensive experience representing clients in business transactions and disputes.

Eric is an accomplished litigator in both state and federal courts throughout California, including regarding all types of real property disputes, business disputes, insurance coverage, financial services, landlord-tenant matters, and neighbor disputes.

Eric also has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in various real property and business transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leasing, title review, and commercial lending matters.

Eric has extensive experience in both large-firm and small-firm settings. Eric has successfully handled matters on behalf of Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses and individuals. Eric is able to incorporate his large-firm experience and skills in a small firm setting, providing efficient and effective results for his client.
