David J. Bowie

Dave represents clients in real estate, land use, business, and various other litigation and transactional matters throughout California. With almost fifty years of experience, Dave is an expert in real property matters, both transactions and litigation, with an emphasis in land use and development. Dave also has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of business transactions and disputes.

Dave is an accomplished trial attorney, having defended and prosecuted countless matters. Dave has litigated matters relating to all aspects of real estate and real estate professionals, including owner contractor disputes, owner architect disputes, common interest subdivision disputes, and construction defect matters. Dave has also handled regulatory actions and other actions involving governmental entities, including but not limited to, mandamus, regulatory taking, and condemnation.

Dave also has appellate experience, including numerous cases before the First District Court of Appeal as well as cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, the California Supreme Court, and a Jurisdictional Statement before the United States Supreme Court.
